In 2001, I was engaged in the interior designing and fitting out of a leather goods shop in Daikanyama, Tokyo. I knew of course that this shop had a particular brand label, and I was also aware that the mother company of this brand label was a well established bag manufactures. As I was already very impressed with the quality of their work I asked them if their could make some original tool bags and gun holders for me. they said that this was indeed possible, since they had previously supplied items of their leather goods to the Japan SDF. I was attracted to the fastidious attention to detail and deep level of knowledge that they have of the materials they work with, as well as the high level of skill they apply in producing leather goods that are very user friendly. This bag was created from natural fusion of my creativity, vision and understanding of user practicability blended with their high level of leather working knowledge and skilled workmanship.
